RMA

1. RMA registration
RMA registration takes place via email (rma@leddriven.nl) Return, exchange or repair can only take place after notification of the RMA request to the correct email address. It is required to provide at least the following information, possibly supplemented with photographs and other relevant documentation.

  • Product type
  • Serial number
  • Date of delivery
  • Contact person (name, email, phonenumber)
  • Description of the defect (A clear description of the problem, what the expected result would have been and the actual conditions under which it happened)

2. LED driven response
Wait for our response by e-mail. We will process your request and notify you within a few working days. You will receive a RMA number and instructions from us via e-mail.

3. Returning your product
When returning the product, please include a copy of the RMA request in the box and clearly state the RMA number on the box. The specified RMA products must be packaged completely and properly to prevent transport damage. Returns must be made within 14 days of the RMA number being issued.

4. Processing RMA
Once your RMA has been received in good order, we will process your RMA as soon as possible. If it turns out that your product is not covered by the technical warranty, we will inform you of the costs in advance. As soon as your RMA is ready for shipment, we will always notify you in advance.
